The GARW VALLEY HERITAGE SOCIETY, in conjunction with the GARW VALLEY RAILWAY SOCIETY, will be holding an Open Day on August 29th, Bank Holiday Monday, at the Garw Valley Life Centre, Old Station Yard, Pontycymer. CF32 8EF
The exhibition of old Garw Life in photographs, artefacts, pictures and articles will be held in the library, and there will be a non-stop screen projection of events and personalities over the years. Sporting achievements and personalities will be a particular feature!
Free admission, wheelchair access and toilets available, refreshments from the Railway ‘Shed’.
Times: 9.30-4 pm.
