The Garw Valley Heritage Society will be hosting an exhibition in the Blaengarw Rugby Club, known as the Halfway, on Saturday October 20th. On display will be pictures, stories and artefacts showing Garw life over the last 150 years, and a screened non-stop projection of slides and old photographs.
As it is close to the anniversary of the Armistice at the end of WW1, there will be a table devoted to the Fallen of the Garw.
The large hall will be used, so plenty of seating, and refreshments are available, so come along for some old reminiscences and maybe new friends.
